With over 20 years in construction, transforming old houses into award-winning pieces of art, and working to put hundreds of families into their forever homes, a new passion was formed: Working with other upstanding, growth minded contractors build something even more valuable—thriving, purposeful businesses that work for them, not the other way around.
As the founder of New Vision Projects Inc., I’ve walked the exact path you’re on. I’ve experienced the late nights questioning if it’s all worth it. The stress of managing demanding clients while trying to keep your team motivated. The frustration of seeing plenty of revenue but wondering where all the profit went. The exhaustion of being the person everyone depends on, with no time to actually grow your business.
My Journey
My construction career began like many others, right out highschool, because I didn’t think I was good at anything else, but with a passion for craftsmanship and a work ethic that was undeniable. What started as a small operation quickly grew into a successful company executing high-end renovations and custom builds. But success brought its own challenges.
I found myself trapped in the common contractor’s dilemma: working 70+ hour weeks, constantly putting out fires, and watching my quality of life diminish as my business grew. The systems we had weren’t scalable, client expectations weren’t managed effectively, and my team wasn’t reaching their full potential.
That’s when I realized that being an excellent builder wasn’t enough—I needed to become an excellent business leader and compelling communicator.
Through years of focused effort, professional development, and sometimes painful lessons, our team has grown New Vision Projects into what it is today: a systematized, profitable business with an empowered team that delivers exceptional results without requiring my constant presence.
